Narendra Modi termed these attack as part of a conspiracy to attack India’s economic centers.he said,"This a proxy war and unless we follow the same rules as followed during wartime, these attacks will continue".
"I wish to assure all that the state will continue on the path of development," he added.
"I appeal to the peoples to remain calm and not let these terrorists be successful at instilling fear in us ," he said
"Killing innocent people is not only a crime but is a form of enmity with the humanity. All those who believe in humanity should prepare themselves for a long war," he said.
Modi exhorted the people of Gujarat and whole Nation to send a strong message to the terrorists by "quickening the pace of economic development"
